We appreciate the opportunity to partner with you in your patients’ care. Our goal is to provide accessible, compassionate psychiatric care while maintaining strong communication with the professionals involved in each patient’s treatment.

We provide psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health conditions. We work with patients across a range of clinical needs and strive to provide individualized treatment based on each patient’s needs.

Our services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ongoing psychiatric follow-up, and diagnostic assessment. Treatment recommendations are individualized and may include medication, therapy referrals, or coordination with other behavioral health professionals when appropriate.

Most new patients are seen within 2 weeks. Appointment availability varies based on the patient’s needs, provider availability, and insurance. We make every effort to offer timely appointments and will provide the patient with the available scheduling options after the referral is reviewed.

Care is provided by Stephanie Onyeforo, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner.

Yes. We welcome referrals from therapists, counselors, primary care providers, schools, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. We value collaborative care and communication with referring providers when clinically appropriate and authorized.

Yes. We offer secure telehealth appointments for patients located in Illinois, as well as in-person appointments at our Barrington office. Availability may vary based on the patient’s age, clinical needs, provider schedule, and insurance.

You can submit a referral through our Provider Referral Form or contact our office directly. We aim to make the referral process simple, responsive, and easy for both providers and patients.

Our team reviews the referral for clinical fit, service needs, availability, and insurance. We then contact the patient or provide the appropriate next steps for scheduling. When clinically appropriate and authorized, we can communicate with the referring provider regarding the patient’s care.
